On Saturday, August 5th, Seneca Falls Country Club visited Silver Creek GC for the annual Canal Cup matches between both clubs. The matches came down to the final hole with SFCC’s Mark Hylwa and his partner, Captain Ben Wong, defeating Mike Burdsall and Captain Jeff Kapps to even the overall point total at 6 apiece. The tie in points meant that Seneca Falls Country Club would retain the Canal Cup for a 14th consecutive year.
The 2017 SFCC team was captained for the first time by Ben Wong.
